525. Multimedia Web Design
Prerequisite: CIS 553 or equivalent (3).
CIS 525 is offered for graduate credit.
This course deals with the study of technologies used to design and
implement multimedia web sites. The focus of the courses will be hands-on
development of commercial web-based applications. Students will study a
variety of software technologies relevant to web design and
implementation. Several applied topics are covered: programming
languages, scripting langauges, network programming, client/server
computing, security, and multimedia systems design.
